As mentioned in the article, funds are going to help repeal Proposition 8, continue our direct actions and educational campaigns, among many other things.

Also, sign up for our mailing list to find out about future actions, including our “From History to Action: Grassroots Workshop,” which will include noted historian Marcia Gallow, who will be discussing LBGT history, and a discussion on the future of grassroots activism here in California. You’ll also probably be interested in our tabling event at Art Walk on August 13th, to raise awareness about the coming battle to repeal Proposition 8.

Meetings are every Wednesday night (except this Wednesday, of course, due to the fundraiser), starting at 7pm, at the West Hollywood Grassroots Center.
